To place an order, simply browse the platform, select your desired products, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to provide accurate details, review your order, and confirm the purchase. Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the purchase contract is established between you and the specific Partner.

Futugo takes product quality seriously. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it. Legal rights regarding faulty or misrepresented products are upheld. We facilitate returns and refunds, coordinating with the Partner to ensure a smooth process.

Futugo provides delivery logistics services. Delivery charges are outlined during checkout, and legal title to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure accurate delivery details to facilitate a smooth process.

Generally, returns are facilitated for product discrepancies. You are responsible for return costs. The return and refund process is coordinated with the Partner to ensure a seamless experience. Note that 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable at Futugo's discretion.

Product descriptions aim for accuracy, but Futugo cannot guarantee absolute precision due to information provided by Partners. However, Futugo does not allow flawed or substandard products on the platform. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us for assistance.

Partners on Futugo are selected based on ethical sourcing policies. Partners are expected to adhere to ethical practices concerning employee rights and safety. Products sourced from countries violating ethical standards, as well as fur products and items made from endangered species, are prohibited.

The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial or business use is prohibited, and neither Futugo nor Partners are liable for business-related losses.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and work with the partner boutique to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking your order is convenient and simple. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. To monitor real-time updates on the status and location of your package, use the provided tracking number on our logistics partner's platform

If this occurs, we'll inform you via email, and you can choose to proceed with the alternate option or cancel your order for a full refund.
